No, I just meant that I collect pictures of depressed ponies (and homeless ponies, friendless ponies, lonely ponies, tormented ponies, demented ponies, depleted ponies, pathetic ponies, apathetic ponies, crying ponies, dying ponies, dead ponies, better-off-dead ponies...) for EVERY, SINGLE, DAY.
If I ever came across a sad pony for real, I would do my best to help her/him. (Who wouldn't?)
Probably looks coltish 'cause I gave her a defined jawline and a slightly squarer jaw. Wasn't entirely intentional, though I can see it. Also, this was a bit of an experiment, so I'll try and make more...varied? shadows.
I agree, and I think the jaw makes the longer, flatter muzzle style you draw stand out more. Please don't get me wrong, I really like this sketch. And I think the way you drew her gives the overall piece a more serious feel which is fitting for the mood.
